ClickClinic Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Fabric Labs, Inc. ("Fabric", "Evo", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information (information that identifies, relates to, or is capable of being associated with you) about your use of our website https://clickclinic.zipnosis.com and other online services ("Services") or communicate with us electronically.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy applies when we are responsible for making decisions about how your Personal Information is used or disclosed.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to health information that is subject to state or federal law, including "protected health information" regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations ("HIPAA"). If you are receiving care, please review the VirtualCare Medical Group Notice of Privacy Practices.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information that we handle on behalf of our business customers. For example, we provide a virtual care enablement platform to healthcare providers and health plans. When this is the case, we act as a "business associate" (as defined by HIPAA) to your healthcare provider or health plan, and your healthcare provider's or health plan's Notice of Privacy Practices governs the use of your Protected Health Information, not this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about the use and disclosure of your Protected Health Information, please contact your healthcare organization.

If you receive care from one of our affiliated medical practices, please review the VirtualCare Medical Group's Notice of Privacy Practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We will inform you of changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the updated Privacy Policy to the Services. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you before they become effective.
